Boy A (Jack Burridge) 2007
Andrew's performance as recently released child-murderer "Jack" in this adaptation of Jonathan Trigell's novel of the same name earned him the 2008 Best Actor TV BAFTA, and deservedly so. Red Riding Trilogy - The Year of our Lord 1974/1980/1983 (Eddie Dunford) 2009
This trilogy (based on the original quartet of books by David Pearce) ~ beginning with the murder of a young girl, which Andrew's character Eddie (a young, rookie journalist recently moved back to Yorkshire from London) discovers is most likely the work of a serial killer ~ is intense, thrilling and very uncomfortable in places. Another all-star British cast including David Morrissey, Sean Bean and Mark Addy make this well worth the watch. It's even being rewritten (into one film) by "The Amazing Spiderman" screenwriter James Vanderbilt. Talk about "Six Degrees..."!
